ON-SITE ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE SET-UP AND SUPPORT: We offer two different support services for our software clients. With basic support, for new users, we provide software installation and set-up of the company file. For businesses already using accounting software, we review the existing company file, and correct any errors.
We then train the business owner and staff on how to use the accounting software efficiently. Continuing support is provided on an as-needed basis.
With continuing support, we provide monthly on-site visits to assist in bank reconciliation, sales and payroll tax preparation, and financial statement preparation.
